Custom/Special Orders

All custom designs take a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for completion.  Customers will receive communication regarding their custom order and design charges that apply. Customers will also be contacted when item or items are ready to ship.  

Standard Delivery

Orders are shipped via standard ground service and usually arrive in 3-7 business days.

Express Delivery & Processing 

If we receive your order by 3 PM CST, Monday thru Thursday, you will receive your order within two (2) business days.  Orders placed on Friday thru Sunday, will arrive on Tuesday. Note – Express Delivery is not available for custom/special orders.

Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories

For shipments to HI, AK and PR, please add $9.95 to the Standard Delivery Charges.  For International shipments, please call (214) 356-5831 for delivery charges. Also, please note that for all deliveries, we are only able to ship to APO/FPO addresses    

Return Policy

At A&L Texas Gifts we take pride in our products.  Upon receipt of your order, please inspect products and notify us immediately of any damage.  We will arrange for a prompt replacement.  If after 30 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the products for a refund of the product value.  We cannot accept returns on special/custom orders.  For detailed procedures for returning products, please call our toll free number – (214) 356-5831.

Shipping Policy:

A&L Texas Gifts is pleased to provide insured shipping with each online purchase. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation reply. All in-stock items are shipped by United Parcel Services (UPS) within 72 hours. Items not available for immediate delivery are considered a "Special Order" and an estimated delivery time will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your online order. Most "Special Orders" are filled within four to six weeks.

Exchange and Credit:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products at an exceptional value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will promptly issue a store credit or exchange the merchandise. However, if you decide to return an item, we ask that you do so within 14 days of the purchase date. Special and Custom Orders may not be returned. If an item is returned after the 14-day grace period, you may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. When exchanging or returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. If we exchange an item of equal or less value, shipping is free of charge; however, if you want to upgrade your method of shipping or purchase additional items, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs. When returning an item for a store credit, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it to us. And, we are not able to reimburse you for any original shipping charges. If however, we inadvertently ship you an incorrect item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to our office and you will not be charged for shipping replacement merchandise.
